Good plan on getting tickets to London now, because plane tickets are really well priced at the moment depending on which airline you book with and how early you purchase your ticket. Mine was less then $500 US dollars after taxes for a round-trip from London back to California (with insurance) between September 25-October 2 - not bad at all!! Be sure to put insurance on your ticket though in case the dates for the play need to change or something . $500? ? Holy cow....I shud fly to NYC this summer from London...It's probably cheaper than from germany ...oh and insurance is included so yay ...I am so excited and LOL davec....i think i'd die heheh xD

Certainly! Really good suggestions there DaveC I love 'em! Another article; Anna Friel doing stage version of 'Breakfast at Tiffany's': The next next Audrey Hepburn?Pushing Daisies' Anna Friel will star as Holly Golightly in a new stage version of Breakfast at Tiffany's opening in London this fall, according to Variety. I loved Daisies, in all its primary-colored whimsy, so I'm pleased that the lovely Friel has such a great role in her future. Still, a young actress taking on anything associated with the ever-beloved Audrey Hepburn is setting herself up for quite a backlash. There's a trail of discarded magazine headlines dubbing one winsome brunette or another the "next Audrey Hepburn." Unfairly or not, most have not lived up to the title. (But keep trying, Jennifer Love Hewitt!) Source | Entertainment Weekly.

A plane flight from Detroit to London for opening night would be about $650, but only if flew home the next week. Otherwise it's over $1K.

AWESOME! I think being able to book everyone a row or something so we can all be guaranteed to sit together and have tickets waiting would be perfect, I'm so happy to see that many of Anna's fans are willing to fly and travel in any way they can to be there for Anna, its amazing! I'm flying to London to be there opening night, and staying until the gala night on the 29 of September (making my stay in the UK almost an entire month ). Then flying back for the final night in January 2010. Tannim - for me, the total was around a thousand US dollars as well for TWO flights, so maybe you can fly to California and go to London from LAX? Or the JFK airport in New York?

I think so too!! Its far out enough to make plans and everyone can book affordable plane tickets and it gives Dave more time to make arrangements for the site...? I've started a thread at the member's only section so we can further discuss this with Dave so this thread doesn't get full of travel arrangements/plans, especially if people are already flooding to the site and forum to find out information about the play and Anna they'll come looking here in this thread especially for news/articles/information/pictures.
