I found the resolution rather rushed. A comic sounds interesting! I read that the last three eps weren't even shown in the States! Can you believe ITV1 are showing series one ep two next week?! It was one of the best episodes and they've treated it like it was nothing.

Didn't like it at all... I understand there was no time to tie all the loose ends, but I thought after all this time they would come up with a solution for at least the main plots, like Ned and Chuck's fathers. On the other hand, in the end the narrator says something about "the ending being just the beginning", which may or may not lead to the comics - which I particularly don't care for and feel it's a very poor compensation - or to a movie - which sounds to me like the best idea to give the series its proper ending.

Anna's other projects sound much more exciting, especially the stage play in London Interesting that Graham Norton asked if Anna had ever played a villain and she said 'No', but with a bit of a gleam in her eye. Maybe she could play a different type of Bond girl - pretty, sassy, sexy and dangerous ;D

I enjoyed it, personally, but do feel there was a lot of rushing involved - Bryan Fuller admitted to us at the PaleyFest a couple of weeks ago that they really began to run out of funds to produce the last episode so a company gave them a major discount to provide the special effects seen in the last few minutes to conclude the series. Also admitted that DC Comics will be working with the writers to produce a comic to officially wrap up the series (equivalent to three episodes if I recall) due by Winter. No mention of a movie (yet) despite that the fans continuously have brought it up. I prefer a movie ending too .

Anna Friel talks PUSHING DAISIES FinaleA show that died way before it’s time was ABC ’s “Pushing Daisies”. The show had a perfect recipe of comedy, action and imagination. Each week you had a mystery to solve, and at the same time, you got a piece of the bigger storyline. All I can say is, if you get a chance, check out the show. It’s great.
Anyway, ABC is finally airing the last three original episodes starting tomorrow night and for the next two Saturday’s. While you’ll be coming into the storyline very late, if you’re around, you should tune in.
So with ABC finally airing the last few episodes, at this morning’s roundtable interview for “Land of the Lost”, Anna told us what see thought of the show, what she’s doing for the finale, and a little bit on how it’s going to end. If you’re a fan of the show, I think you’ll love hearing her talk about it.Source | Elite's TV[/url]
