Mad Cows and The Stringer

Hey everyone, hope all is well, I just had a question about these two films. Were they ever released in the states or is there a region 1 dvd that will play on US dvd players? I looked on imdb and it doesn't list these films being released here, but I just wanted to make sure, thanks a bunch.

Not sure about Mad Cows, but certainly "The Stringer" wont have been as it was only a TV movie - afaik it hasnt been released anywhere...
