Rare(ish) screening of 'All For Love' today (3rd May) at 2.20pm on BBC2. If you are a completist and don't have a digital copy here's your chance. (Sorry the tip-off is a bit last minute.)

Thanks Joe. I always liked 'All for Love' for a bit of harmless fun.
I caught a bit of 'Timeline' yesterday on Film 4 so Anna's getting some good exposure this weekend. I've found the secret to making 'Timeline' into a much better film - keeping skipping between Film Four and Film Four + 1 and it makes much more sense and you can work it out so Anna's in it much more ;D

Either that or stave off the boredom/brainache by counting how many times Anna says 'Allez!'.

"Harmless fun" is a good way to describe "St. Ives". I expected a lot more, though. Thought Jean Marc-Barr was grossly miscast; he's maybe handsome but is far from being charming, somewhat clumsy, funny and likable, the way Jacques St. Ives should be. Mel Gibson would have been perfect for this part (20 years ago, of course). Also, the comedy lacked timing and I feel Miranda Richardson and Richard Grant (both brilliant) were a waste of talent.
On the positive side, Jason Isaacs was pretty good and it was a delight to see the old Michael Gough away from the role of Alfred. Other than that, the 2 minutes where Anna sings for Jacques are worth the entire picture.
