Goal! Premiere dress

I know it was almost 3 years ago, but I've been searching high and low for a dress like the one Anna wore to the Goal! premiere, the one that's sparkly and shimmery gold with green detail? Does anyone by any chance know where she got it, or know how else i might find it?

As far as I remember the dress Anna wore for the Goal! Premiere was a 1-off by Jenny Packham.
