No se cuando saldra el DVD en españa, pero en el festival de cine de sevilla la presentaron, un halago que en mi ciudad se presente esta pelicula.
I don't know when apeared the DVD in Spain but in the Sevilla's festival of cinema(my city ^^) exibit it.

Today I found Bathory in english on some site, but DVD doesn't exist After one year Yes I saw it available the other week on some of the standard places to find films.... it was available a while ago not in English but the new version is better quality than the TV broadcast and in English... It is also available on the LoveFilms website - I think to view on the site and also to rent as a DVD |

I was able to download Bathory and it is an excellent piece of work. It was a big change from the Hammer Films representation of the Countess.
Anna shined in the role and after her performance you feel genuine sympathy for the character, you could even forgive her for all the alleged murders in the Guinness book of records.
Anna shows in this film that she could hold her own in a lead role in a major Hollywood swashbuckler or period piece.
A brave choice of role, congratulations.
Also having seen Anna in The Street and Land of the Lost this seems to be a particuarly productive period for her.
The Street was excellent and and as for Land of the Lost something has to pay the mortgage, Anna was nice but it is a weak film.
