No doubt everyone will have seen the NOTW "shock horror" nude pictures by now... just thought I'd mention that out of respect for Anna (and not wanting to post obvious titalating pictures), I won't be adding those on this site's gallery....

Dave we all respect too much for those photo's to go on this site I just want to know how they where able to take the photos as the ushers are watching you all of the time & for those photos to come out you would of had to use a flash or a very good camera either way you would of been seen & the film taken out & that person asked to leave.

It seems the pictures were taken by someone experienced at taking those kind of shots - with a hidden camera, judging from the amount of pictures taken.... obviously they didnt use a flash as they would have been immediately thrown out, so I'm guessing a camera with (pardon the pun) a long exposure.... From seeing the footage on "Theatreland" (where the front of house staff are told to stop anyone taking any pictures or footage throughout the play - and I witnessed them doing this even prior to the play starting !) the theatre, the production and most importantly Anna herself will not be happy with these sort of pictures being published as it lessens the importance of the play itself and of Anna's professional work. Obviously anyone or any site who do post the pictures cannot really believe that Anna would want them republished and can't have her best interests in mind....

Dave
I agree 100% with what your saying anyone who is a fan of Anna's would not do stuff like that to one of the nices ladies you would ever meet & for scum like that to do that to Anna its lick kicking her & the rest of the cast where it hurts.
If people are going to the show just to for the nude scenes then go to a strip club in soho or a lad dancing club there are plenty in London to go to if you want that sort of thing & leave Anna alone to people thats going to the show for the right reasons.

It's a fact of life that where's there's money there's motive. The pics obviously had a value and someone was prepared to show a complete lack of respect towards Anna, Joseph and common decency to gain a few quid From what I've seen it's pretty obvious where the pics were taken from, there are time stamps on the pics which show which shows - yes, the pics were taken during two different shows on consecutive days - and the dirty devil was using a large, professional, digital SLR with a telephoto lens Inside job?.......or just a lack of vigilance, though I have to say that it's very dark in the stalls and I reckon I could have got away with sneaking some non-flash pics if I'd tried. But, of course, I didn't try. Anyway, what's done is done. What's important now is that we use our positive thoughts to wish Anna all good luck on Tuesday when the great and the good of the theatre critic world will be descending on the Theatre Royal to pass judgment on her and the show. Break a leg, Anna

Much agreed, thank you for your statement Dave. Whoever is responsible for committing this unspeakable exposure to Anna and Joseph's privacy, I just have to say to the photographer(s) that it was a tasteless thing to do - shame on them!
When I caught the show today - many audience members were shocked about the nude scenes, so I assume the news hasn't spread as rapidly as we feared.

Maybe the people that are going to see the show don't read scum press called the News Of The World and thats good people are going & making there own mind up abolut the show instead of reading the press.

The winning "Holly Golightly" drink....
Drink: cocktails ... c'est chic!
WHEN the curtain rises on Breakfast At Tiffany’s and Anna Friel steps into the limelight as New York socialite Holly Golightly - so will that exquisite of drinks, the classic cocktail.
In the 1961 screen version starring Audrey Hepburn, Golightly’s favourite tipple was "One-half vodka, one-half gin, no vermouth."
"The Holly Golightly" is a slightly sweeter affair and premiered on September 29 at The Theatre Royal Haymarket.
Created by bartender Adam McGurk from Sosho Bar, his winning mixology in the "Hunt for Holly" cocktail competition stole the Chambord crown from six other finalists and to steal a quote from Golightly, "Oh, golly gee, damn!"
In other words darlings, it’s very good.
So, little black dresses a la Hepburn at the ready ... here’s the delicious infusion for you to try at home.
THE HOLLY GOLIGHTLY
2 orange slices
1 pink grapefruit slice
2 dashes of Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Earl Grey tea syrup
10ml sweet vermouth
25ml Chambord black raspberry liqueur
Place the orange, grapefruit slices, bitters, lemon juice and tea syrup in a mixing glass. Muddle ingredients to extract juices and oils from fruit to create a base sauce. Pour in sweet vermouth and Chambord. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. (Chambord, £16.45 70cl, Sainsbury’s and major retailers)
Talent spotters looking for an understudy to Chambord should try shaking with Croft Pink Port. The gorgeous raspberry, cherry, grapefruit and honey flavours make this an ideal base ingredient for enthusiastic beginners who want to create a lip-smacking cocktail.

I'll admit that Chambord was some really good stuff (and takes effect quite quickly!)
