I couldn't agree more on the first point - just shows how these lazy newspaper hacks insist in perpetuating obsolete pigeon holes for the subjects of their articles All too true, davec. I've had my rant about the style of the MoS You piece, but re-reading this and the others, it is the content that is really so depressing. The same old ground is gone over in the same old way, as if we were in some grim timeloop. Reckon I could literally count on the fingers of one hand the number of genuinely insightful and original articles ever written on Anna. Even allowing for obvious work/time restraints, is it too much to ask for a hack to properly engage with their subject? LAMB OUT! |

I'm kind of getting used to those "You Magazine" series of pictures... think they are slightly more stylised than usual and seem to be typical of Elisabeth Hoff's photography.... if you check out some of her other shoots you will see it follows along similar styles (especially the Kangaroo shoot)...

There is a two-page spread interview in today's Daily Mail Weekend magazine. (Get out your paper bags with eye-holes!) One pic of A, of her in a merchant-bankers-style, blue, stripey shirt. Interview is standard issue, but without the snidey streak of last week's MoS You .

NIce spot joe.... standard sort of interview... actually quite a lot of it I'm sure is just dragged word for word from other interviews.... remarkable that they never seemd to mention Brookie once.... couldnt quite bring themselves to not mention DD/TS though...  |

Don't think you'd be done for libel there, Dave. Unless Anna is going into interviews and parroting exactly the same lines to each journo, it is a total cut and paste job. One for completists only. Will have to keep a watch on the (ex)broadsheets in the next few weeks, unless you have any tip-offs. |
